Zac stared at his boss. Simon Cottleslow had the grace to blush. “I, er—”
A tow truck came rolling over the grass and proceeded to haul the lawnmowers and trailers out of the lake. The boss’s main concern seemed to be lest the grass be chewed up and damaged.
More photographs were taken, then the police divers said everything had been brought up.
Zac had a sudden thought. He turned to Mr. Cottleslow. “You said ‘other things’ had been taken. What other things?”
Once again the boss blushed. “A dozen top-of-the-range sweatshirts. The police notified the tourist stores locally but said there really was no way of tracing them.”
Zac just stared at the man. “But I don’t have keys to the Pro-Shop. How could I have gotten hold of anything like that?”
“You could have been working with an accomplice,” Cottleslow said weakly.
Again it was Gwyn who nailed a crucial point. “Who from the Pro-Shop has been stood down from work?”
The boss turned his back on her and began talking to the police.
Parker, said, “I believe this might be a good time to go home and chat to that legal whiz kid friend of yours, Gwyn.”
“Good idea. Let’s go, Zac.”
****
But Cara, the whiz kid, said there was nothing anyone could prove. The boss reinstated Zac with full pay for the time he’d been off work, and Zac was just glad to have returned to a job he loved. However he’d definitely be watching his back from now on. Something told him his boss could not be trusted. Someone might be out to get him, or Gwyn, or maybe all of them. What the fuck was going on at this beach?
Book Three: WILD
Parker’s story
Chapter One
Applying for the manager’s job at The Beachfront Motel had been the smartest thing he’d ever done, thought Parker. He was standing on the top of the sand dune, watching Zac and Gwyn surfing, their lithe bodies balanced on their boards as they rode inside the heart of the wave.
Damn, they were sexy. And damn he loved them, both of them, so much his chest hurt.
Of course, life would be even better if they all moved in together. Currently half his clothing was dumped on the backseat of his car so he was ready to stay the night wherever he ended up.
But “where?” was the big question. Gwyn would never leave her cottage. She’d spent the past year gradually renovating her family’s beach-front vacation cottage to make it suitable to live in year-round. Not that the winters here got really cold. It never snowed or anything like that, but they did get to the level where a relatively draught-free house was essential. And her cottage, while pretty and ideally situated only a couple of steps from the sand, was small—way too small for three people to live in permanently. It was even a tad small for someone as tall as himself to wander around in much.
Zac’s tiny garage apartment was even worse. Unless they were lying on the bed or sitting on the couch, the others were always tripping over Parker’s long legs. And as for his own apartment… Apartment! Parker snorted. It was a glorified motel room. Bed and closet in one room. Bathroom so small you could pee in the toilet and then wash your hands in the sink without even moving. As for the kitchenette, it consisted of a microwave and mini-fridge. There was no way in hell the other two could move in with him.
So.
Parker turned and looked at the row of cottages facing the sea. In the end house Julia lived with her giant golden retriever. It was the biggest goddamn dog Parker had ever seen, and had a bark louder than a foghorn, but the sweetest nature. It was more likely to lick an intruder to death than bite him. Julia had often said she planned to stay right here until she died.
Next to Julia was the Stevens’ house, the place his family had lived during summer vacation for many years. They considered this location heaven on earth and he knew they weren’t considering relocating either.
But Gwyn’s next-door neighbor, Mrs. Yeung, had said she knew she was getting older and her son would likely sell. She wasn’t ancient, but she was definitely an older lady. He’d met her son a couple of times. The man was likely late forties which meant Mrs. Yeung was possibly in her seventies. Parker looked again at Gwyn’s home and Mrs. Yeung’s. If he and Zac bought her house they would be as close as possible to Gwyn, yet without being confined to a single bedroom and smallish living room.
Mrs. Yeung’s house had a porch that wrapped around the entire building. Gwyn’s had a side deck with uninterrupted views of the ocean. Parker sat on the sand, smoothed it with his hand, and began sketching. If they built a sort of sunroom-type construction, long and maybe ten, twelve feet wide, with full-length glass walls facing the sea, they could join the two houses together.
They could also put a proper driveway in along the far side of Mrs. Yeung’s property and park all their cars off-street. Seeing the road was a one-lane dirt track, that would be a good thing too.
Absorbed in his thoughts and sketching, he didn’t realize the others had joined him until he felt water dripping down his back.
“Hey, man, wazzup?” asked Zac bending over to look at Parker’s artwork and incidentally cascading water into Parker’s hair.
Parker flicked his shoulder-length, white-blond hair back to shake the droplets of water from it. He pointed to his rough sketch in the sand. “This is Gwyn’s house, and here is Mrs. Yeung’s. If you and I bought Mrs. Yeung’s property, we could join the two houses together with a glass-walled sunroom here. So we’d be living together like a real family, but with a lot more space than we have already.”
“And we could sit and watch the ocean right through winter. I really missed that last winter. I would wrap up in a blanket and hold a hot cup of soup, but it was too cold to sit out on the porch as long as I would have liked. With a proper room with a heater I could stay there for hours if I wanted to,” said Gwyn happily.
“I like the way you’re thinking. Let’s go back and talk about it properly,” said Zac.

Parker grilled some steaks out on the deck, while Zac and Gwyn showered and changed. He’d always loved a barbecue, and Gwyn’s deck was perfect for it, as he could lift his eyes from the sizzling steaks and watch the occasional jet-skier or water-skier zip past on the ocean, so close he could almost see their faces.
By the time the steaks were ready, Zac had sliced peppers, mushrooms, and tomatoes, and torn up some iceberg lettuce for a salad. Gwyn brought out icy cold bottles of water and their cutlery.
“I can’t imagine ever living anywhere else. With an ever-changing view like that on my doorstep, and the scent of the sand and salt, it’s perfect,” said Gwyn, inhaling deeply, and dramatically throwing her arms out.
Zac laughed. “Yep. That’s why I never left here. College never appealed to me. I was so stoked when I got the job at the golf course. And I hope to God there’s not going to be more trouble there.”
“Yeah, we’ve got your back on that. There’s certainly been some weird shit going on lately,” said Parker.
“Hopefully that’s all over. I really like the idea of living together. I’d been thinking of how we’d manage it, and the only solution I could come up with was pulling this house down and building something bigger on the block. But I do love this cottage and joining two houses together is an awesome solution. Much better all round,” said Gwyn.
“Well, Mrs. Yeung has to agree. And her son.”
“Plus it kinda depends on whether her son has already sold to that realtor who was visiting everyone,” added Zac.
“Surely she would have told us if she’d done that. Let’s go talk to her now. At least lay out the basic plan.” Gwyn jumped up and grabbed the plates to take them back inside. Parker grinned. He did love her. She was like a fish. All sparkly and pretty, so quiet and relaxing. Then when she got an idea she flicked her tail and moved at the speed of light. His cock was already standing up and pointing to her. All he could do was follow his dick, and her, indoors.
****
> “Oh, no, my son did not agree to sell to that man. My son, he said the man was like an oil-slick. All bright colors looking nice on the top, and leaving a slimy feeling underneath. Also, my son, he said the man was not offering a fair price,” added Mrs. Yeung.
“That’s about what the Stevens’ said. Mr. Stevens called the man slimy, didn’t he?” said Parker, remembering a previous conversation.
“I think he said the realtor was a ‘smarmy snake’, but yeah, pretty much along those lines,” said Gwyn.
“So if we offer you a good price, a price your son agrees is fair and reasonable, you’d be content to sell to us?” clarified Zac.
“Oh yes, dear boy. I remember you all as children you know. My son, he had just moved away to the city, and to watch you little ones on the beach was quite a treat. To see you, Gwyn, and you, Parker, each summer as you grew up, I did enjoy that. But now, I seldom go onto the beach anymore. Climbing the sand dune makes my knees ache, and I really can’t be bothered carrying all my things over it onto the flat sand. I sit here on my porch and watch the waves, but I think the time has come when I need to move to the city. My grandchildren, they are almost grown up now, and too busy to visit down here very often. If I want to remain part of their lives I must live in the city. So, it’s time to go.”
Zac jumped up and gave the old lady a hug. “I’ll miss you, Mrs. Yeung, but I’d love to live in your house. My garage apartment just isn’t big enough.”
“Not to mention how the three of you want to be together.” The old lady’s eyes twinkled and Parker realized she might be old, but she had a genuine appreciation of their relationship to each other, and that it wasn’t platonic.
Parker copied her son’s cell phone number into his phone, and promised to talk to her after she’d had a chance to talk with her son; then he, Zac and Gwyn returned to her house.
Chapter Two
Without saying a word, they all automatically went straight to the bedroom, and started to undress. That was another special thing about their relationship, Parker thought. They seemed to know what they wanted to do as a group, without having to put it into words. Some days at the motel, at work, he got so tired of everyone having to say everything a dozen times over. But here, at home, it wasn’t like that. He and Gwyn and Zac just knew what the others wanted, and things just seemed to happen. They were almost never surprised or upset by the way any one of them chose to do things.
Now that he thought about it, that was damn erotic. To know that Zac and Gwyn understood what he liked, and decided to please him, just as he knew what they liked, and wanted to please them. How sexy was that?
God, they were delicious and he was the luckiest man on Earth to be with them. Zac was so strong and muscular, his brown hair bleached lighter by the sun, and his skin a year round tan, except for the tiniest paler patch on his ass—an ass Parker liked to slap when they made rough love.
Gwyn was tanned too, and very fit from all the swimming, surfing, and home renovating she did. But she was still feminine and soft in his arms. He’d always been the kind of man who wanted everything, and with these two partners he had it all: hard walls of muscle and a tight ass on Zac, plus soft feminine curves and a wet, juicy cunt in Gwyn. And then there were their personalities, personalities that complemented his. God, how lucky was he to meet two such people, to have them in his life, his bed.
And speaking about bed, he was really ready to fuck them both. His dick was as hard as a surfboard at the thought of them living together. Being a real family at last. Plus the little secret he’d been keeping to himself all evening.
Parker slid onto the bed and scooted across to the center, catching Gwyn in his arms and pulling her hard against him. He pushed one leg between hers and thrust his cock deep into her hot cunt. “Ah, so good.”
Zac’s fingers were pushing against Parker’s ass. “Holy freaking hell!”
Gwyn leaned up on an elbow. “What’s the problem, Zac?”
“No problem, but look what I just found.”
Parker widened his legs a fraction and pushed his ass back a little so Zac could remove the black butt plug he’d put in before joining them on the beach.
“You’ve had that in all this time?” asked Zac.
“Oh yeah. It’s a fascinating feeling, knowing it’s in, but that no one else can tell. Of course, when I came to meet you both today I didn’t know we’d be visiting Mrs. Yeung. But I deliberately wore baggy board shorts, so it’s all good.”
“It’s better than good. It means this party can start off with a bang!” said Zac.
“Mmm,” said Gwyn, cupping his balls and squeezing.
“Two can play at that game,” he said, taking a generous breast in his hand then giving the nipple a little pinch.
He loved having his dick inside her naked like this. He respected her wishes, and would put the raincoat on before they started the real fucking, but bareback was so much better. He loved it so much when she let him enjoy a few minutes naked in her hot cunt.
Then there were her hands rolling his balls. Damn but she was talented at that. She seemed to know exactly how much pressure to use to wind him up so hard, but not enough that’d he’d blow too soon and spoil the game. Add to that Zac playing in his ass, and damn it, he was going to explode like a firecracker on the Fourth of July real soon.
Zac handed him a condom and reluctantly he pulled out of Gwyn and rolled it on. Behind him, Zac was already parting his ass cheeks and nudging his entry. “Someone’s in a hurry,” Parker commented.
“I was doing just fine until I saw that freaking butt plug,” gasped Zac.
Then it was Parker’s turn to gasp as Zac thrust deep into his ass, his wide cock pushing Parker’s walls apart and touching every nerve ending on the way in.
He lay on his side with Zac snugged up hard against his back, then lifted Gwyn’s top leg and eased into her cunt. She slung her leg over his hip and dug her heel into Zac’s side. God, he loved the way she did that. Her leg was like a band, holding them all together, three united as one.
He and Zac automatically synchronized their strokes, him into Gwyn and Zac into him. That was another wonderful thing about this triad. The way they seemed to blend together, pacing things just the same, being aroused at the same rate, knowing when to slow down and when to speed up, almost by osmosis.
He concentrated on keeping his strokes even, deep, powerful, dragging his cock in and out of her channel, loving how she clenched her inner muscles on him every few strokes. Soon sweat was rolling off him from the control he was exerting not to go crazy and slam into her until they all exploded.
But once again the others seemed to understand how he was feeling. Zac’s fingers dug into his hips as Zac moved faster, harder, deeper. Gwyn swiveled her hips, nearly making him scream, and her cunt gripped him so hard he wondered if his damn dick would break.
“Now,” gasped Zac, slapping Parker’s ass hard.
“Yes, yes, yes,” screamed Gwyn.
And the orgasm that had been tingling at the base of his spine slammed through him, just as he felt Zac’s cock explode in his ass and Gwyn’s cunt ripple around his own dick. Gratefully he plunged into her again and again as he came and came and came.
Long minutes later they disentangled themselves and each had a quick shower before climbing back into bed and falling asleep wrapped in each other’s arms.
Parker’s last thought was to wonder whether the shower at Mrs. Yeung’s house would be big enough for them all to use together. What excellent sex play they could have if it was.
****
They Skyped Mrs. Yeung’s son, Drew, who agreed to send out two independent valuers to set a price on the property. Meanwhile they asked an architect to draw up plans for the sunroom to connect the two buildings, and a big, new bathroom. Hell, they lived at the beach and had a lot of showers. They may as well build a new bathroom while they were extending.
A few weeks later Parker was sitting on the deck, his gaze on the ocean,
while Gwyn finished a work project and Zac was cooking supper. The peace was shattered by Julie screaming, “Billy Boy! Billy Boy!” then breaking into hysterical sobs.
Parker jumped up out of his chair, and sprinted down the dirt road to Julie’s house. Julie was on her hands and knees, her head half under her deck, sobbing.
“What’s wrong?” he puffed, screeching to a stop.
“Billy Boy,” she sobbed waving at the deck.
Surely that huge animal couldn’t be under the deck? Parker dropped to his belly and commando crawled until his head and shoulders were under the deck and there was the dog, lying flat on the ground, his tongue hanging out and looking really unwell.
“Come on boy, come out of there, you’re upsetting Julie,” said Parker firmly.
Billy Boy just whined and laid his head on his paws.
Parker crawled in a bit farther and rested his hand on the dog’s head stroking him, talking all the time to get him to come out. The dog’s skin was burning hot. The animal was obviously running a high temperature.
Behind him he could hear Zac and Gwyn comforting Julie. “Gwyn, you’re smaller than Zac. Crawl under here and help me get Billy Boy out. Julie, call the vet and say we’re bringing him in, he’s running a temperature. Zac, go and get my truck, and some blankets and towels and water. We can sponge him down on the way, maybe cool him a little.
By the time he and Gwyn had half dragged, half coaxed the dog out from under the deck, Zac was there with the truck, engine running and backseat piled with linen and a big container of water.
There wasn’t much room left in the backseat by the time Julie and the dog were there, but Gwyn squeezed in too, Parker climbed up front with Zac, and they drove off to the vet’s.
